Chef John Minichino Jr. introduces an authentic Roman osteria—

from the heart of Rome, now in the heart of idaho, Coeur d’Alene.

 

Pasta crafted daily with imported Italian flour, handmade in our own pasta kitchen.

Rooted in Italian heritage, refined through classical training.
shaped by travels to Italy.

Due to the intimate size of our dining room, we offer a limited number of tables each evening and are unable to accommodate parties larger than six on weekends. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
